Before You Apply

• Residency in a College residence is required of all students except those who are classified as Commuter Students.
• All students, new and returning, are required to complete a housing application.
• Students who are transferring to Randolph from another higher education institution located within 50 miles of the Randolph campus, and who at the time of matriculation are renting in the local community, may request a one-time-only exception to our residency requirement.
• Students interested in obtaining Commuter Status should complete the Commuter Student Status Request Form.

Roommate Matching

Returning Students must have a roommate to participate in housing selection for the 2025-2026 academic year.

• Please note, new students do not need to complete this form if they don’t have a roommate. A roommate will be assigned to you based on your submitted application
