This form is for requesting graphic design, printing/publication, photography, writing, or web services and does not guarantee your project request will be filled.
We request three-to-four weeks advance notice for most projects.
While we try to schedule and complete all project requests, limited staff and time means this is not always possible.
Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis depending on usage, priority, and need.
Only requests by faculty and staff will be accepted.
After review of the request, a member of the OCR staff will be in contact with you via email or phone within two business days. Please contact Brenda Edson at bedson@tamilfolksongs.com if you are not contacted within this time frame.
Please allow ample time for your project to be completed, understanding that OCR receives a large number of requests and some projects take longer. If sufficient time isn’t given, or if you do not send your materials in a timely manner, understand that your project request may not be filled.
